I read somewhere that if you keep eating the same bland food over and over that your taste buds begin to lose their ability to recognise different flavours, also that if you are depressed or stressed you can not taste things properly.
Well I must be in that category because I am beginning to be totally and utterly bored with food, don't get me wrong I eat like a horse and seriously believe the four greatest words invented are "All you can Eat", its just that
I'm not getting the enjoyment out of my meals that I should be, so this year I`m looking to reverse that trend and find food, meals and
recipes that take my fancy.
Of course I don`t have an endless supply of money and I
don't have 12 hours a day to make 5 course meals but i`m
definitely on the lookout for food I can enjoy and maybe if its a little bit unusual the better, so keep a lookout on this Blog and I will be showcasing my favourite
recipes and meals.
