Believe me, this is the best Pancake recipe ever,
2 eggs
11/4 cups milk
2 cups unbleached white bread flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Caster Sugar
1 tbsp Butter (melted)
1 tsp easy blend dried yeast
If you have a breadmaker throw all the ingredients in except one of the egg whites and set to dough, you don`t have to mix it for long bascially until everythings blended together.
If you don`t have a breadmaker I guess you can just whisk everything to the point where you have a totally un-lumpy mixture.
When you are happy with the mixture fold in the remaining egg white and and then fry in a saucepan with virgin olive oil and have them as thin or as thick as you want.
